The Oxford City School System accepts applications at any time - whether or not there are specific job openings announced. Please see the options for applying below.
- Submit an Oxford City Schools application and resume via mail or email to Michael Maniscalco, Director of Human Resources at P.O. Box 7670 Oxford, AL 36203 (email: email@example.com). Applicants can locate the links to access the local district application forms by selecting the Employment Opportunities menu for certified or classified positions.
- For positions posted on the Teach In Alabama website, applicants can choose to submit an application there and do not have to complete the local district application. If applying on Teach In Alabama, an applicant may also email a letter of interest to the Director of Human Resources and include mention of the completed online application.
If you have already filed an application within the last year, you may email a letter of interest and notice of prior application to Michael Maniscalco, firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not need to submit a new application.

- Interviews- Documents will be reviewed by system administrators to determine interview invitations. Interviews are not granted by requests for appointments from applicants. Questions should be sent by email and not through telephone calls.
- Background Check- Applicants being recommended for employment with the Oxford City School System must obtain a background check. For information on how to obtain a background check, click this link and see the help documents for directions on obtaining background checks.
