Hi. I am DeArmanville Elementary's School Counselor, and I couldn't be more thrilled to be that person!

A little about my educational background... This is my 6th year as DES's School Counselor. Before beginning my time at DES, I was a high school English Language Arts teacher. I graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, a concentration in English Language Arts, University of West Alabama with a Masters of Education in School Counseling and an Education Specialist degree in School Counseling. I am currently a doctoral student of Professional Counseling and Supervision at the University of West Georgia.

A little about me personally... I am married to a high school football and baseball coach, and we have two amazing little girls, an adorably old Schnauzer named Bobo, a full-of-life Aussiedoodle named Odie, and one very sassy cat named Willow. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling to games, and reading books of all sorts and kinds.
