Free and Reduced Applications 2020-2021 If you received a direct certification letter and only need to add a sibling please email oxfordCNP@oxboe.com with the child’s name to be added and Household# off your letter. Please do not complete an application. Direct certification letters will be mailed out late July or early August. Completed applications must include a signature and the last 4 digits of a parent’s social security number. You must print and complete the application. It is not available to be completed online. Only 1 application per family is needed. Please put all students on 1 application. Please turn in completed applications to: Your child’s school
