• Registration for the 2024-2025 school year for returning students will be available online at https://bit.ly/ocsregistration2024!  

    Families will receive a notification letter from their school with each student’s snapcode. The snapcode is like a key to your child’s Returning Student Registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode for each child. 

    Sign In
    You will be asked to enter your account username and password, which is the same account used last year for returning student registration. Each parent/guardian will use the same login to complete the form. If you are new to Oxford City Schools and do not have an account, you should create an account with your personal email.

    Complete the Form
    Once you enter the portal, the student information we have on file will be filled in for you. Please review this information carefully and make any necessary corrections. Contact information for parents/guardians will be used to send important and urgent information throughout the school year.

    When you have finished entering your information, select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. If you have more than one child in the district, you will use the same account to enter a separate snapcode for another student.

    Due Date
    Please complete the returning student registration form by Friday, May 17th.

    All returning students must provide proof of residency for the upcoming school year.
