Curriculum Resources
Oxford City Schools is committed to providing parents and families with clear information about the curriculum and instructional resources used in our schools.
The Alabama Parents’ Right to Know Act (Act 2024-35) requires public schools to provide access to the current adopted curriculum for each class and provides parents and guardians of enrolled students the right to review instructional materials used in their child’s classroom.
Alabama Academic Standards
Instruction in Oxford City Schools is aligned with the Alabama Courses of Study adopted by the Alabama State Board of Education. Alabama academic standards for each grade level and content area are available through the Alabama State Department of Education.
