I have been teaching at Oxford High School since 2005. After serving 14 years in the U.S. Army, I decided to pursue my lifelong ambition of mentoring young people. I feel that through sharing my life's experiences, I could be a positive role model for the future leaders of our community and our nation. My hobbies include pickleball, pickleball, and pickleball. Did I mention that I enjoy playing pickleball, the fastest-growing sport in the nation? I have three children and six grandchildren, all of whom live way out in Seattle. In addition, I have nine siblings and my 97-year-old mom who is still going strong!

I just bought a new house in Oxford--I call it my retirement home!--so I am in Oxford for the long haul.
