7th Grade Collaborative Teacher 

After being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years, I knew it was time to go back to work!  Several doors opened, which lead me to realize teaching was my passion.  So after much prayer, I returned to school to obtain my teaching degree and masters in Collaborative Education.  The 2020-2021 school year was my first year at Oxford Middle School.  While obtaining my degree, I worked at Jacksonville High School in the Collaborative Department. 

I live in the Pleasant Valley/Jacksonville area on a small hobby farm, where my family raises chickens and roams free. I have been married to Bryan Taylor for 19 years, have 2 children -- Knox (14) and Bennett Isabel (11) -- and 1 sweet sheepadoodle named Daisy.  I love to travel and do mission work, as well as spend time camping and going on adventures with my family.
