Hello! I am Laney Phillips, and I am a seventh-grade English language arts teacher here at Oxford Middle School.

I graduated from Ranburne High School in 2015. After high school, I attended Southern Union State Communtiy College where I received an Associate of Science degree. After graduating from SUSCC, I attended Jacksonville State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a focus in English language arts. 

When I am not teaching, I am hanging out with my husband, Levi. I enjoy going to the lake, hanging out with friends, reading books, and watching Netflix. I love teaching English language arts to my students and watching them grow throughout the year.
