Hi! My name is Brianna Owen. I have taught Special Education for 11 years and each year I fall more in love with teaching students. I joined the DeArmanville Elementary family 7 years ago and I am excited to begin the 2023-2024 school year.  I once heard a quote that stuck with me, “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life". I live for those “lightbulb moments” when my students master goals, concepts, and life skills. I enjoy getting to collaborate with teachers in order to provide the most conducive learning environment for all students. I believe that every child has the ability to learn and not every child learns the same way.  I have a 7 year old boy who keeps me busy. We enjoy going to the park, playing outside, eating ice cream, and trips to target. We have a dog named Teddy who we love to play fetch with.
