• My name is Dana Aldridge, and I am a reading teacher at C.E. Hanna. I began my teaching career in 1992 in my home state of Tennessee, where I spent over two decades educating children of all ages. I still love the career I was inspired to pursue after a remarkable teacher changed my life when I was a young struggling student. I now live in Pell City and enjoy spending time on the lake with my husband Kenny, our grown children, and grandchildren.

The goal for my classroom is to help my students build character, self-confidence, and the skills they need to become successful in the world regardless of the path they choose. Success in life is measured in many ways, but mostly by the impact we have on the lives of others. The hope I have for all of my students is that they will go out into the world and bring about positive change that will enrich their own lives and the lives of others.
