My name is Kelsie Howard Green and I teach Personalized Learning at Coldwater Elementary School. I absolutely love what I get to do everyday. Personalized Learning allows each child to work on their level at their pace. That means no rushing your child to keep up with the rest of the class and no child must slow down if they already know how to do something. This allows students to be leaders of their own learning and make HUGE gains throughout the school year. Personalized Learning is the absolute best!

I have been a part of the Coldwater family for 8 years and I truly believe it is the BEST school! We are a family and put our students first always. At CES I have taught 4th grade, 3rd grade traditional, and 2nd and 3rd grade personalized learning. I graduated from JSU with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. Teaching is a calling and I am so thankful it is mine!
