2024 - 2025 Kindergarten Registration

Coldwater, DeArmanville and Oxford Elementary Schools

Tuesday, May 7 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Thursday, May 9 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2024
Bring proof of age - official birth certificate or other documentation with child's birth date
Custody papers (if applicable)
Alabama Immunization Card (blue card). This may be obtained at Alabama Health Dept. at 3400 McClellan Blvd., Anniston, AL 36201.
Social Security Number (voluntary)
Proof of residency (recent power bill and water bill with address - must match the address on your mortgage or lease agreement)
Mortgage or lease agreement (*Affadavit addresses issues under the McKinney-Vento Assistance Act

Please bring your child who will be entering Kindergarten to this registration for a quick assessment.
